From the A1 approximately 7 miles north of Alnwick turn east at the sign for “Ellingham/Doxford/Preston/Chathill”. Continue approx. 2 miles and at t-junction turn left, signed “Seahouses/Beadnell”. Continue 4 miles passing through Chathill. On approaching Beadnell, do not turn first right, signed “Beadnell village”. Passing the Beadnell Hall caravan park on the right, turn next right into Harbour Road. The sea will be on your left. Continue until the road forks and bear right. Turn next left into Dunes Court and ‘Water’s Edge’ is number 5, the first detached house on the right.

From the A1 approximately 17 miles south of Berwick and 14 miles north of Alnwick, turn east onto B1341 and travel 5 miles to Bamburgh. Continue south down the coastline for a further 5 miles, passing through Seahouses. On entering Beadnell turn first left into Harbour Road. The sea will be on your left. Continue until the road forks and bear right. Turn next left into Dunes Court and ‘Water’s Edge’ is number 5, the first detached house on the right.
